Sharp Emotions

She has much to offer life,

But she still uses the knife.

Puts it next to her wrist,

Cuts deep with a twist.

Closes her eyes as it hurts now.

Wish she saw hope somehow.

She really wanted him to stay,

Now her life slowly ebbs away.

If I could hold her, I would.

Comfort her if I could.

Show her there are others who care,

Show her there is someone there.

Sharp emotions she will feel.

This pain is all too real.

Taking her life with too much ease.

Will there be someone to love her, please.
